Build 2026.10-R16.1 · CRM, Referral Portal, CE Manager and Form Builder in one database.

1. Server check

2. Install type

Both options create a brand-new installation. Pick “Restore” to test with the data from an existing database dump.

Fresh installEmpty database with default settings, roles and check-in questions. Import clinics afterwards.

Restore from a .sql dumpLoads all clinics, users, visits, routes and settings from a phpMyAdmin export, then upgrades them.

Database dump (.sql)Max upload on this server: 512M. For larger files, upload it by FTP next to install.php named restore.sql.

Referral Portal tables (portal_*) in the dump are skipped; that app has its own database.

3. Database

Create the database and user in cPanel → MySQL Databases first, and give the user ALL PRIVILEGES.

Erase this database first if it already has tables (permanent). Make a backup before you tick this. Type ERASE to confirm

5. Super Admin account

This is the first login for the new system.

Optional when restoring. Fill it in to create this Super Admin, or to reset the password of an existing user with the same username or email.

6. Optional integrations

Leave blank to add later. They are stored only in the private settings file.

This can take a minute for large dumps. Keep this tab open. When it finishes, the installer deletes itself.
